Neurologist David Roeltgen, M.D., Now Seeing Patients at Shore Physicians Group’s Northfield Location
(SOMERS POINT, NJ – October 18, 2013) – Furthering its commitment to providing comprehensive care to the community, Shore Physicians Group (SPG) has announced that neurologist David Roeltgen, M.D., has begun seeing patients at SPG’s Northfield, NJ, office, located at 2605 Shore Road, the site of the former House & Garden. Dr. Roeltgen specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of headaches, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, seizures and other disorders of the nervous system. He has previously served as the Director of the Headaches Program at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, and as Director of the Headache and Dementia programs at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. Most recently, he served as the staff neurologist at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House, NJ.

Dr. Roeltgen earned his Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. He completed his residency in internal medicine at York Hospital in York, PA, and his residency in neurology at The Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Dr. Roeltgen completed his fellowship in behavioral neurology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the National Board of Medical Examiners and the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialities: Headache.
